Veterinary Nurse

Grace grew up on a farm in Yallah and knows the area well. She completed her Certificate in Vet Nursing while working as a Trainee at Illawarra Animal Hospital. She owns a Kelpie called Max but loves to care for rescue kittens until they are ready to be adopted. She also has a strong interest in exotic animals and reptiles.

Sarah grew up in Eden on the far south coast and relocated to Wollongong at the beginning of 2018 to chase her goals of a career working with animals. Sarah loves learning new skills and being the best that she can be at anything she does. She completed her veterinary nursing studies at Yallah Tafe and her work experience with IAH. Sarah loves making every pets experience the most positive and comforting it can be. She has two sausage dogs of her own who are her fur babies.

SHANNON

Veterinary Nurse

Shannon is a qualified vet nurse, who did all of her work placement with IAH. She moved to the Illawarra from Sydney six years ago. In her spare time, Shannon loves going running and stand-up paddleboarding. Her favourite meal is eggs benedict. Shannon has a cat named Chase and a dog named Jack.

Practice Manager and Veterinary Nurse

Started in a Small & Large Animal Vet in Central West NSW after completeing Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing in Orange. Moved to Wollongong in 2020 with a special interest in Exotics supported by the CBV & IAH Team!

My big areas of interest are Exotics, Surgery and Radiology. Education & Development of our nursing team, clients and myself!

I have 3 beautiful pets:
Zarli – American Staffordshire
Storm – Domestic Medium Hair
& Lenny – Alexandrine Parrot

When I’m not at work you’ll find me outdoors, on the water, in the snow, at the beach, on a farm doing anything & everything!

DANNIELLE

Veterinary Nurse

Dannielle loves all animals and has a dog, cat, rabbit, horse and two ducks. She has been to over 12 different countries but her favourite was when she travelled to South Africa to do a wildlife research project and a second time doing a veterinary internship at an African wildlife ranch. Since coming back home she has pursued her passion for animal rehabilitation.

JADE K.

Veterinary Nurse

Jade grew up in the Illawarra, always had a passion for animals and wanted to work with them. She is currently studying vet nursing and has experience as a zoo keeper and animal attendant. Jade has a special interest in animal behaviour and exotics. With 3 pet snakes, a gecko, a dog and 6 chickens Jade also has her hands full at home.
